Next Gen console or a PC?
I really want to move on from the previous gen of consoles, and want to get a next gen platform. What should I get, I really want a PC but don't have a lot of money, what should I get?

This solely depends on what sorts of games you want to play.
Keep in mind that you should really be concerned with the games that are only available on a console or the PC.
Traditional comparisons:
PCs Strengths: RTS, turn-based strategy, MMORPGs. Free online play (except for pay-to-play MMOs) Far more games and better backwards compatibility than a console.
PCs Weaknesses: Japanese-style RPGs and Japanese-style games in general. Higher cost hardware.
Console Strengths: Japanese-style RPGs and games, action games. Easier to use than PCs. Cheaper hardware.
Console weaknesses: RTS, turn-based strategy, MMORPGs. Must pay for online play (subscription)
Things like first and third person shooter or action games are generally going to be on both PC and console, with an exception of first party developers who only release games for a particular console. Whether or not you think those are must-play games depends on your taste.
I personally have both consoles and a gaming PC. I do most of my gaming on a console and leave the PC to its strengths, mainly strategy games like Civilization V or Starcraft 2. This way I don't need a high end PC.

Definitely get a next gen console. PCs are technically faster and better, but a lot of processing power is lost to allow flexibility (different hardware, extra features, etc).

pc's are overrated if you have a bunch of money 2 spare might as well get pc but no i would just recommend consoles

PC's are cheaper in the long run (only have to upgrade one part instead of buying a new system when they come out. Also PC's are not slow down by their "processing power" wtf, I use about 6% of my processor when just serfing the web and about 50% when playing a game like Battlefield 4.
