Why can't I give a "thumbs up" on a YA?

Yahoo! has been tinkering with the ratings options and report flags below the answers for the past several days. They're probably not finished yet.

For a few days, instead of thumbs we had 'Helpful' and 'Not Good'. I'm glad to see the thumbs back, but I have a hunch the other options will be brought back and kept.

The report flags on answers and comments are now hidden until the cursor is hovered in the answer box or comment box. Again, not sure if that's permanent. Only the report flag on the question is visible without mousing over.

Right now I'm not having a problem with the thumbs; they're working as they should. That could change, of course ...

No amount of tries gets a number now. The "improvements" get worse each week!

Sometimes it takes several tries. The new and improved Yahoo Answers has many glitches yet.
