Is anyone having problems with using either thumbs up or thumbs down.?
I have been having problems for the past two days. Also can not leave comments.

Yes, several others have posted this same question. It's apparently happening with some browsers.
As always, if you're on a mobile device, you may need to switch to desktop mode to use all the features on the site.
If that's not the issue, refresh the page a couple or three times. That usually solves it.
If it doesn't, use a different browser. I'm on Firefox and have not had the problem here.

I don't know about that . BUT I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR ANSWER TO MY QUESTION ON 9/6/14 . YOU COULD VERY POSSIBLY BE TOLD :"WELL DONE MY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT ; ENTER INTO MY KINGDOM WHICH IS NOW ON EARTH (SINCE 2/22/1981) AS IT IS IN HEAVEN ."
And while I'm at this could you mention to Yahoo that you don't like the way they are treating me in not letting most of my question appear in the Religion & Spiritual section .
