Is it possible to mount the internal storage on my Android phone using Odin?
I have a Samsung Galaxy S2X (SGH-T989D) running Jelly Bean. It won't boot up anymore for some reason and I need to gain access to the internal storage to back up the voice memos and notes I saved on there. Is there any way I can access everything through Odin or possibly Samsung Kies?
The phone turns on and everything, but it stays frozen at the Galaxy S2 screen. I heard that there was a way to mount the internal storage, and I'm trying to find out how.

When I added additional memory into my S2 all I did was take the back off and slide it in. I recognized it immediately.
Using the kies program you can set the default to store things into the additional memory if you wish or you can copy and paste or move to and from kies through your computer as well.
Kies also does a backup and restore to your computer of everything is you want it.
Kies is a very powerful program that let's you do pretty much everything on your phone.

If it won't boot up then the answer is no. You might want to try connecting it to the PC and leave it there for a couple of hours and then go through as if you were booting it and see if it suddenly becomes accessible even if its screen won't work!
