Question about cancer men!?

He is a cancer with a mars in leo. I am a pices with a Venus in aries. I've been talking to the cancer male for a bit. He had advised me he wants to be friends first and go with the flow. Through misunderstandings he has made it clear that he does not want me spending time with other males. We have had sex twice despite saying we are trying to be friends first. After sex he states this is his way of showing he misses me.

I cook and bring him breakfast or lunch a few times in the week. We still refer to each other as friends. Last night I was with getting my hair done for an event, I told him I would text him later. 9 hours go by and he sends an angry text feeling forgotten. So he ignores me till morning.

The next day we clear it up and in the middle of conversation he states to check in with him and not disappear for hours on end. He said he has feelings involved in our friendship. Later he sends a text saying we are dating. I don't question it because he only clams up.

Has the cancer fallen for me or is this just a mind game they play?
