Can I use unsweetened Coconut milk instead of regular milk?

I have 24 cans of unsweetened Coconut milk and was wondering if I could use it in place of regular milk in recipes. Do I have to make any adjustments because I'm using it?

I use coconut milk in a lot of things. I sweeten it with a natural sweetener stevia.

As others have said, coconut milk is really fatty (but delicious). You would be much better off replacing regular milk with UHT milk or evaporated milk. Or another fatty alternative but very good in potato mash is more butter, or a little bit of cream.

I would say the main use for coconut milk is in curries (Thai, Indian), and cocktails (pina colada, etc). At least that's what I use it for
