¿Si soy usuario root no puedo actualizar mi android?

Hasta donde tengo enterado el Xperia L no tiene mas que android 4.2... Ahora por ser usuario root si se puede actualizar pero en tu caso por tu telefono no a menos que con el tiempo liberen alguna actualizacion para tu telefono, lo que si puedes hacer es reinstalar tu android pero con eso quitaria el root que tienes
