Need to know how to replace lost motorcycle title?

My dad bought the bike and never put it in his name and passed away a few years ago and I can't find the title anywhere so how do I get a title for it? Thanks sooo much in advance really need an answer!

    Unfortunately, you would have to go back to where your dad bought the bike from. Even though you all have the bike in your possession, its not legally yours if it was never titled in your dads name. If he bought it from a dealer, go back to them and they can get you a title or mso depending on if the bike was brand new. If he got it from an idividual, that person will need to apply for a duplicate title in their name then sign that title over to you. Good luck
