bulimia/ diet help?!?
Hi, I recently began to get out of bulimia- just a week ago actually-but I still need to loose weight... 25 pounds actually. And I need it to happen soon. Now that I'm out of bulimia though, I'll check my weight on the scale, and ITS MOVING UP. I've been eating healthy too, and I'm afraid it's going to make me go back to bulimia. Im 14 ,5'7, and 125 pounds. A week ago I was 122 pounds. What happened and how can I go down the scale? And I need to be skinny soon. It LOOKS like I'm in the average range, but I still look like FAT. I look even fatter than I did at 135 pounds. What exercizes and diet ideas can I do? What is the BEST exercizes that I can do to loose the 25 pounds in 2 months-12.5 per month. I really need help. As much as I can get. Thank you so much.

I went on a website and looked at what your ideal weight should be for your height and this is what I got:
Based on the Robinson formula (1983), your ideal weight is 134.3 lbs
Based on the Miller formula (1983), your ideal weight is 138.1 lbs
Based on the Devine formula (1974), your ideal weight is 135.8 lbs
Based on the Hamwi formula (1964), your ideal weight is 134.3 lbs
Based on the healthy BMI recommendation, your recommended weight is 100.9 lbs - 150.0 lbs
So you are a perfect weight, and even underweight according to some of these formulas. You are perfectly fine and you have nothing to worry about. All you need to do is eat healthily and you will be perfectly fine!
Hope I helped, :)

Hi. I am sixteen, 5'2" and 160 pounds. I am severely overweight, by 50 pounds. That means that at my height, I should weigh 120 lbs. Meaning you, at 5'7", should weigh at least 130 or more. I have been lucky to avoid any sort of eating disorder in my life, but am working hard to lose weight as well. I have dropped about 15 pounds this past month. I simply limited my food intake. For breakfast, eat one egg (however you like it) a piece of toast, and drink a cup of either black coffee, or herbal tea. For lunch, eat a half sandwich, with extra meat (unless you are vegetarian) along with an apple or other fruit. For dinner, eat some sort of fish, chicken or low sodium soups! But the big part is remember to drink a lot of water! That is how I lost so much weight.
The best exercises for losing weight are any cardiovascular. Such as running or biking! But, in all honesty, I think you may want to see a school counsellor or therapist.
