I recently lost lots of weight for a good amount of time due to dieting, but then I stopped and began bulimia - binge eating and then throwing it up. I lost weight still. I then stopped having bulimia very recently and got back to a diet. But I was gaining weight. 4 ounces a day. I tried lowering the calories-lower and lower until I got to an unhealthy 900 calories per day-friday but I'm gaining weight now.

What do I do?!?

Hi, I recently began to get out of bulimia- just a week ago actually-but I still need to loose weight... 25 pounds actually. And I need it to happen soon. Now that I'm out of bulimia though, I'll check my weight on the scale, and ITS MOVING UP. I've been eating healthy too, and I'm afraid it's going to make me go back to bulimia. Im 14 ,5'7, and 125 pounds. A week ago I was 122 pounds. What happened and how can I go down the scale? And I need to be skinny soon. It LOOKS like I'm in the average range, but I still look like FAT. I look even fatter than I did at 135 pounds. What exercizes and diet ideas can I do? What is the BEST exercizes that I can do to loose the 25 pounds in 2 months-12.5 per month. I really need help. As much as I can get. Thank you so much.

I was showing her a video on my phone and the screen got pushed to the side, revealing a half naked picture of me while I had bulimia. I kept it so i would remember the effects it had on me.when she saw it, she began making fun of me- saying "prostitute" or asking what i was doing with half naked photos on ny phone.she wasnt serious- sge thought her jokes were harmless.i dont really like being around her,but im notgoing to tell her i had bulimia or nit be her friend.
