How to say the date and place of birth using the passé composé as well as with être? Can you say je suis ne le 26 Mai 1998 et à (town)?

Would that be using the passé composé and être?

Also how do you say, using ne personne, no one in my family has brown hair.

    Je suis né le 26 mai 1998 à Paris

    Personne de ma famille a les cheuveux brun
