I recently lost lots of weight for a good amount of time due to dieting, but then I stopped and began bulimia - binge eating and then throwing it up. I lost weight still. I then stopped having bulimia very recently and got back to a diet. But I was gaining weight. 4 ounces a day. I tried lowering the calories-lower and lower until I got to an unhealthy 900 calories per day-friday but I'm gaining weight now.
What do I do?!?
Aand anyone know a 45 min workout to burn calories? Thanks!
