They'll try and send you a ticket. It's what you do with it that matters and your understanding of the law.
For help, read the red light camera document on the 4th paragraph of: www_logosradionetwork_com/tao/
I also found it interesting to listen to the archived broadcasts on www_LogosRadioNetwork_com ROL_2014-04-28, ROL_2013-02_25, ROL_2013-04-01, ROL_2014-01-27, ROL_2014_01_06, ROL_2014_03_24, ROL_2012-12-17 (The first two shows listed above are perhaps the most important to listen to)
There's also an excellent video on Youtube titled: "secrets the police don't want you to know"
If you're going to get pulled over and deal with the law in the future, you may want to look for instruction on handling yourself in court, how to win, file motions etc. one website you could check out for that is www_jurisdictionary_com (there's a lot of free content there if you look for it)
WORDS MEAN THINGS IN LAW: the transportation code talks about "drivers", "vehicles", "operators" etc. Look at your state statutes for those key words and look up the definitions in the state constitution and statutes. (Hint, those words mean something other than what most people think they mean)
U.S. Code : Title 18 : Section 31
(a) Definitions. - In this chapter, the following definitions apply:
(6) Motor vehicle. - The term "motor vehicle" means every description of carriage or other contrivance propelled or drawn by mechanical power and used for commercial purposes on the highways in the transportation of passengers, passengers and property, or property or cargo.
(10) Used for commercial purposes. - The term "used for commercial purposes" means the carriage of persons or property for any fare, fee, rate, charge or other consideration, or directly or indirectly in connection with any business, or other undertaking intended for profit.
