Doesn't the President know anything about history?

He compares his actions to George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and FDR. What wars is he talking about? GW was not president during any war, and the other two were dead when the war ended. The only wars he can be talking about, we won and freed our own prisoners, we did not make a trade for any. So to say that he has to trade for prisoners (at least one was being held in an "allied" country) is to admit that we did not win the war. He just had us retreat.

Obama revels in the knowledge that his sheep know nothing of American History and that he is able to take advantage of the fools by telling them whatever version of history that suits him at the moment.

He knows full well that the sheep will never question or check up on his version.

They will simply baa in approval and continue to follow. all in a line.

He's not so much different from average Americans. I've met Americans who thought Atlanta, Georgia was the capital of US. I'm not even kidding.

Not really, he was elected by illiterates and he is one himself, at least when it comes to the Constitution and American history.
