What is my next move?
I bought a co op in Phoenix on May 01. Today, the title company in Phoenix advised all parties it was resigning from the transaction, because they do not handle coops. I have been informed that my good faith money will be wired back to my bank. Oh, and by the way, my closing here in Kansas is tomorrow. Anyy good advice out there. I need it. Thanks!

first, talk with your agent.
I would say the easiest thing is to find a new title company. There has to be a company that does this, since other units have sold.
Just because the title company doesn't do coops doesn't mean that the deal is dead.

Talk to the real estate agent you have now. In the meantime, you will have to find a company to do this work in the new place.
