Debit Card With The Least Amount of Fees?

Thinking about changing cards and I know there is a lot of different ones, I was kinda hoping for one with no transaction fees or reload fees, im not sure such a card exists as I am still somewhat new to the whole debit card thing, and preferably a card that can be bought from a store, I've heard good things about one of the Wal mart debit cards, but my main uses for the card are Amazon and eBay if it matters

You are talking prepaid cards, not a debit card. All prepaid cards have fees ... some more than others. At a minimum, you have a fee to loan funds onto the card. Some have monthly fees, some have a fee for every transaction.

If you are looking for a better deal, go to the bank and open a checking account. You get a debit card with the account. The checking account will have some fees -- depends on what kind of account. But it will be cheaper and give you more services ... like online billpay, ATM (no fee or at least cheaper), no fee to cash or deposit a check ....

Look into a local credit union.
