Is she worth it?
So im a junior, nearly senior in high school. This girl, lets call her Emma, is my friend i guess. i mean we play tennis together and i helped coach the girls team which she is on and she helped coach the boys team which i am on. but we have a weird relationship. i mean were friends but she is my favorite person in the world. but she tells me to go away a lot if i come up and walk with her at school, and she like flips out sometimes if i try and hug her. but other times shes totally cool with it. its like mostly in public shes like embarrassed of me. but im actually really nice to her, i help her with her homework, i give her a ride home nearly 3 or 4 times a week, i am trying to write a song for her (i play guitar). she seems to never be nice to me in public, and it seems like she, along with a lot of people, are only nice to me when they want something from me.
a little about myself...im almost 18, i play guitar and tennis, i dont party or do drugs, im in a hardcore punk band, there are some girls at school i love so i would do anything for them, and wouldnt let anyone hurt them. i have straight As, #6 in my class. average height

Stop wasting your time giving her attention that she doesn't apriciate. Shes obviously embarrassed by you in public..therfore she is not worth it.

You sound like a great guy. But that girl is using you!!! If you like her ask her why she is so rude to you in public!! Don't offer so much for her because it only proves to her how much she can push you around. By not always being there to drive her and help her with homework see how she treats you, if she ignores you than she is not worth it but if she shows that she likes you with out all the help you offer then she is worth it. Just a suggestion...don't write her a song its a very sweet gesture but you might want to wait to see if she really likes you or not. If she doesn't like you and you write her a song it might be embarrassing... but its totally up to you of course:-)

Maybe she is stuck up and doesn't think you are helping her image? She sounds like a user, I bet once you find a girl who likes you for who you are she will all of a sudden like you. Save your self the aggravation write the song for you, not for her.
