How to gain punching strength?

At home. Without equipment. And what muscles work with punching..and give a few tips on general fightig please

    To increase punching strength you could simply shadowbox for about 3 minutes straight and rest for 1 minute in between (repeat several times of course), which simulates boxing rounds. When punching you work out a lot of muscles, especially if you already have a good form, like triceps, biceps, chest, deltoids, and it is also great cardio. Throw in a few body weight exercises like push ups and pull ups to increase overall strength and stamina. I can't really help you with fighting tips since the best way to learn is actually joining a gym and to have trainer correct any mistakes and so that you could actually gain some fighting experience at that gym. Remember, there is no better teacher than experience.
