Why do some people exaggerator their gambling losses to other people/patrons?
Like what would be a list of reasons for a person to grossly overstate how much they lost

Humblebragging. "I am the worlds worst gambler... I was in Vegas over the weekend and dropped $50,000 at the tables!"
Translation - Hey, I went to Vegas, and I lost $50K and it doesn't really bother me. Yeah, I'm that rich.
