How soon do points get taken off of your driving record in the state of PA?

I got a citation in 2007 (3 points) and just this week got another (3 points. Just checking to see if I'm in jeapordy of suspension.

I believe that I just found it on PenDot's website. After 12 months from the last violation (January 2007) the points were removed since I didn't have any violations until this past Monday. Thanks for your answer.

Usually it happens after you pay your fines, and the passage of a specified amount of time with no further violations. You may have to also take a safe driving class, or some such, depending on your violation. I would call the PA DMV or whoever issues licenses in the state, to get the answer straight from an authority that you can trust.
