Hey everyone, If you don't mind can you tell me if im depressed or not? Here is my story.. I am tired all the time now. I never want to get out of bed. I hated being around people so I left a public school and started online school. I dont like hanging out with anyone anymore. I eat non stop now. All day everyday I just want to cry. I cant focus in school. I got a 0% all of sophmore year. I blamed my boyfriend for all my feelings. He left me last night. For about a year now i havent gone without thinking about suicide. I dont see any good in my life anymore. I lost all my friends and my boyfriend. I can never find myself being happy. Everyday I put on a fake act for my family so they dont see anything wrong. I hide in my room 99.9% of the day. Am I depressed?

Only a doctor or therapist can officially diagnose depression, but it certainly sounds like you have many of the symptoms. Please make arrangements to see your family doctor as soon as possible. It may also be helpful to make an appointment with a therapist to discuss your feelings, particularly your thoughts of suicide. It's very important that you get help to overcome those thoughts.
If you ever feel that you can't keep yourself, please don't hesitate to call 911 or a crisis hotline. A hotline counselor can help you with safety planning, provide referrals to therapists in your area, or just lend a listening ear when you're feeling badly. Please keep reaching out for help.

I have the same problem but the problem with my tiredness is that it doesnt allow me to sleep. I feel attachable weights on my body everyday. Feel like **** but just hang on till college. I'm graduating for college, i know its hard especially when you have no friends to load all your feeling to. Just hang on.

I know how you feel. Like everything in life is pointless, hopeless, and screwed up to a T. In all honest it may not get better, but you can make it better.. If you want to. In some way you can. That I know of.
I used to think about slitting my wrists, all the time until I returned out of my thoughts and realized what I was think about doing. I see it as giving up... Suicide, cutting... Etc.
Don't give up or give in. You just have to embrace it with arms wide open and your chin held high- I know easier said than done. Don't think about all the negative things that make you wanna curl up in a ball and just die.
Cry and scream when you need to, but don't end it all. There's so much to do... I'm sure of that. And if you don't get anything out of this then I'm sorry I'm of no help, but if you need someone to talk to you can talk to me.
Personally the thought of a therapist makes my skin crawl, but I'd be willing to try to help.
