How can I get "Control Panel" back in Windows 8.1?

When I click anything to do with Control Panel, I am directed not to the relevant options, but always to a programme called PowerDesk, which is a Windows Explorer substitute. Does anyone know how to redirect Control Panel properly? I can't find anything helpful on the net.

Update:

The answers so far don't get the point, so I clearly haven't explained very well. I can access the control panel as such, but clicking any link FROM control panel gets me to the wrong place. Thanks for trying to help, though, folks.

Press the windows key + R at the same time to open the run dialog, and simply type "control" without the quotations.
