Why am i unable to access a website?

The website's been working fine for the past week but for the past two days I have been unable to get on it. I have already checked and it seems that the website is running fine for everyone else. The snapshot i have attached to the question is what happens when i get on the website. Any idea how i might fix this?

When you type a website link such as mysite.com in your browser, a dns resolver translates this name to an IP address, this is the IP of the typical web-server on which your website is running. Once the web-server receives this request it either sends back the requested page to the user if it is present in request url such as http://mysite.com/contact.html

However - in case a particular page is not specified and just the website name is referred in the request such as http://www.mysite.com/ the web-server searches for an index.htm or index.html file in your website's root directory on the server and sends back the contents of the index file to the user. On websites where no index files are kept, it leaves at least some amount of vulnerability as users may then be able to see entire directory structure of your website by simply typing the website URL.

By looking at the snapshot you have provided, i feel that your website is vulnerable to the hands of its users as they may be seeing your website directory structure and may also be able to download those files using tools like wget. Hence, first of all setup a basic index page for your website to stop displaying your website structure to the visitors of your site. It is possible that somehow the same index page is missing from your website or accidentally got deleted from website root directory on the web-server as a result of which you're not able to see what you were earlier able to.

    HTH.
