It means "Good day i am getting up now and going for a walk i'll see you in a bit"

It is badly mis-spelled, partly because the writer's pronunciation is bad (he's probably from somewhere in or around the Caribbean), and the grammar is poor, but also because he has not learned to spell. The sentence should be written: "Buenas dias! Yo estoy levantándome. Ahora voy a caminar. Ahorita, nos vemos."
Its literal meaning is: "Good day! I am getting up. Now I am going to walk. We see each other right now," but the normal English for what he is saying would be: "Good morning. I am just getting up and am about to start out. I'll see you in a bit."
