Is it worth it to pay $265 more for these specs?

I am planning on buying a gaming PC. Please tell me if paying $265 more is worth it...

This one costs $1035, it has:

Intel Core i5 3rd Gen Turbo Boost 3.6 Ghz Quad Core. 6 Mb Cache. (Don't really know the name) vs. Intel Core i7 4770K

Gigabyte Overclocked Edition GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 vs. the same thing

Cooler Master 500 Watts Power Supply With Cooling Fan vs. 620 Watt Gigabyte 80 Plus Extreme power supply with fan.

Gigabyte Motherboard H61M-S2P vs. Gigabyte Motherboard P85-D3

Cooler Master CM Force 500 vs. the same thing

GIGABYTE High Airflow with thinned blades performance Series (BLUE LED). vs. the same thing

8 GB HYPERX RAM 1600 MHz vs. the same thing

Seagate Barracuda 7200 rpm 1 TB Hard disk With 16 Mb Cache Size SATA vs. the same thing

None specified vs. Microsoft Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Office Professional

Both have built in Wi-fi & DVD RW

Also, this is how it was placed in the ad... (I just copied, pasted and edited it a little to make it more understandable) Also, both were put up by the same person... They both look the same, images provided.

Update:

The specs on the left cost $1035, the specs on the right cost $1300. Also, is it worth it?

Well no I don't think it would for me. I mean the ability to overclock is one that is very desirable but for $200 dollars more. Neither motherboard is all that great the first option is MATX and has only one PCIe x 16 slot. The second option is ATX has two PCIe but the bottom one is only x4. Cooler master makes a good power supply and 500 watts would be enough for the system.

No for just gaming I don't thing I would spend the extra money. If you were going to edit video or something along those lines it would be worth it but the improvements are not that great for gaming.
