There are only a few out there offering a Bachelor's degree in solar power.
Some are doing research with various types of projects from solar furnaces to nanotubes.
You might try looking for which school is doing research on something your interested in.
One good way to get an education is to take all the STEM (science, technology, engineering & math) classes that your local community college has to offer. This is much less expensive than a university and can give you time to explore your interest a bit more.
