When hundreds of people all report the same problem at the same time, it is not your computer or browser. Yahoo is updating contacts so you will be able to post a photo next to each one. The work is causing problems. We had the exact same problem (not everyone was affected at once) in 2009 and 2012. The problems lasted for 12 weeks. Then , suddenly, everything worked fine. You will be able to add and edit and delete contacts but we don't know if it will be tomorrow or in 2 weeks. Yahoo's engineers are working on it this week.
