Will the Lenovo y50 touch work against Watch_Dogs (if so at what thing?medium high ultra?) If it wont what about the Lenovo y510p?

Both Lenovo Y510p (SLI) and Lenovo Y50 can handle Watch Dogs on medium settings @ 25-30 fps.

Yes, it will play it well. As the other guy said though, Watch Dogs is a terrible game to judge a system's power. Crysis 3 and Metro Last Light are currently the best games to test. All you need to know is that the Y50 can run Crysis 3 at 1080p on Ultra with an average of 42 frames per second (look up "Y50 Crysis 3" on YouTube).

Watch Dogs is a terrible game. Don't believe the hype and paid reviews, it's really shoddily made.
Don't base your purchase of a new computer on such a garbage game.
