Naruto couldnt be any less of a rouge ninja, right now he is the best chance for the world, and before everyone stopped they were all relying on him to save the day. Those people dont have the right facts.

People in Konoha considered him as a hero, and he's fighting with sasuke to save everybody from turning into mindless zombies (spoilers I'm sorry).

No it's not true, Naruto is still very much a ninja of Konoha. Whoever you heard it from was either making it up or misheard it from somewhere else.

Nope. Naruto is very loyal to the leaf and has gone beyond it and is a man of the people and all villages and respected as so.
