Why do new WWE Theme Songs suck so much?

The last few theme song the WWE has released are absolutely terrible. Cesaro, Seth Rollins, Paige, Charlotte, Titus O'Neil, Bo Dallas and, specially, Sami Zayn where all given horrible theme songs. 
I never imagined saying this but TNA is doing a better job with their songs right now. Magnus, EC3 and Samuel Shaw have pretty good songs. And the WWE guys newest guys have...well...that crap.

What happened to Jim Johnston? Has he been fired or is has he lost it?

It just not like it used to be. Edge, HBK, Bret Hart, Jeff Hardy, etc had great themes, the theme songs today are very basic

Jim Johnston is getting old, the man's been writing WWE themes for 30 years, hes likely run out of the best ideas hes had.  People dont ask "how come the Rolling Stones dont make as great songs as they did 30 years ago" because they know you just run out of good stuff at some point.
