What may cause nausea and vomiting after wisdom tooth removal local anasthesia?

yesterday i had my wisdom tooth top right out and he just used local anasthesia (froze me). For pain meds i have been using 4 extra strength tylenol every four hours. now i have nausea and chills my stools green and foul smelling. IVe vomited 5 times at once. What could be causing this. P.s i just got back from a vacation sunday where i got over 60 black fly and mosquito bites and sunday my lymph nodes were swollen and really painful can those bug bites be causing it or is it the tylenol, any ideas? I also feel dizzy

Update:

and no antibiotics

That's a routine procedure that they are doing for you, really, but it is serious enough that they take every aspect of it seriously. You did the right thing by discussing concerns with the surgeon before hand. When I had mine pulled, they gave me Norco 10's (another brand of Vicodin) and also promethazine (Phenegran) to aid with nausea and other aspects of the whole process. They may well prescribe that or other anti-emetic (anti-nausea) automatically, but certainly will if you ask. For what it's worth, when I had that same procedure done, everything went smoothly and I awoke in the still-sedated aftercare section, feeling fantastic and ready to go again... Anyway I healed quickly and didn't really require the pain medicine.

I was throwing up because of the antibiotics. Did your dentist give you those?

Also, are you eating before you take the pain meds? Some people are really sensitive to them, so make sure you have food in your stomach!!

    Good luck!
