Putting a small spoiler on a 2003 saab 9-3?
Just tinted my windows and now I want to put a spoiler on it. What would I need for me to do it because I prefer not to bring it to a shop

You would need 1) a drill; 2) a crappy-looking, worse-than-useless "spoiler" (LOL) to bolt on. LOL. Spoiler. Saab!
You do know that adding one will RUIN its appearance, MPG, aerodynamics, and resale value???? A "spoiler" only works to create USEFUL downforce at 80+ mph - and only then if you didn't have enough to begin with.
