idonate.businesscatalyst.com | CSS not displaying at the bottom of the page in Chrome... Works fine in Safari?
So I can't seem to get the styles to work in Chrome that are working in Safari. The site is still a work in progress, so please don't say things aren't working, I know they aren't. I just need this CSS thing fixed and I don't understand whats wrong.

I dont understand what the problem is...
I've checked in multiple browsers, including "browsershot". Yet the site looks the same in all major browsers
