Look for a new job because you're training your replacement.
I was lucky that I could quit my job. The same happened to me. I told my ex-boss "hell, no!" and walked off. Like two of my friends said, you're always training your replacement.

My friend, if it is not in your job description to train & teach others, DON'T DO IT!!! Don't share your gifts and knowledge that you worked hard for!! Especially if its not appreciated!!
