I'm in my first trimester and gained 4.5 lbs already is it normal?

I'm 5'8 and before I got pregnant I was 120lbs. I'm always hungry (I also eat normally like I did before so I'm not eating twice as much either )

You started off very slender for your height, so your body may want to put on a little more weight to support your baby's growth than someone who started off a little heavier. 1-6 lbs in the first trimester is considered perfectly normal and healthy, though.

That's perfectly fine. Carry on eating healthily and don't listen to anyone that tells you to eat for two. Just eat like you used to but keep in mind you may start to get more hungry. I found in my pregnancies that eating smaller but more frequent meals worked well for me and any sickness I ever felt.
