Why is my rating "restricted" on YA ?
It has only been like this for a couple of months.Is this a technical glitch if so what's the fix ?
I can only rate one answer per a question regardless of the no. of answers.

I can rate multiple answers on the same question. Actually in the last month or so, it even allows me to rate myself LOL !
As a first step I would try to use another computer or a smartphone, just to make sure that the problem is related to your computer, and not your Yahoo account. If you find it works on other computers, then try to change the browser on yours (switch from Firefox/Chrome/Explorer/Safari).
It might also help to clear the cache from the browser settings.

Funny, for I can rate any and all on any and all questions. Must be glitch on your end. Try exiting and re-entering YA
