Which one should I buy? Xbox One or PS4?

I don't know which, but I love to play Killer Instinct, Deadrising 3, Elder Scrolls Online, Last Of Us, etc.

I heard everything is good coming to Xbox One, but other people suggest PS4.

So... which one should I buy?

    Exclusive breakdown:

Xbox: Halo 5, Gears of War 4, Fable Legends, Quantum Break, Crackdown 3, Scalebound, Phantom Dust, Forza Horizon 2, Ori and The Blind Forest, Project Spark, Sunset Overdrive, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Killer Instinct Season 2, New Dead Rising DLC (not even gonna try), Below and Inside (among other indies, these ones just stand out for me) along with exclusive content or timed exclusive content for: Evolve, The Division, Dragon Age :Inquisition (which possibly means Mass Effect, if you're into that), CoD and AC Unity

PS4; Uncharted 4, The Last of Us Remastered, The Order 1886, inFamous Second Son DLC, BloodBorne, Entwined, DriveClub, A bunch of indie games,LittleBigPlanet 3 and The Last Guardian, to go along with exclusive content for Battlefield Hardline, Destiny, Batman and maybe GTA V, Dead Island and Far Cry 4.

Put all of this with the fact that pretty much all the PS4 games are 2015, while MS has Sunset Overdrive, Halo:MCC and Project Spark releasing this Fall/Winter and it becomes clear: Sony Ponies bought the PS4 "for the games".but Xbox wins that. Now go buy yourself an Xbox One and cry as your wallet and social life are eaten away

Sony made a great console, but it won’t reinvent your entertainment center it will just add to it, which is perfectly fine. If you don’t like the idea of talking to do things, then the user interface is actually better on the PS4, because it is much easier to navigate with a controller than the Xbox One. If you love role playing games then the future looks to be on PS4 with games like Infamous, Uncharted, and even Last of Us somewhere down the line exclusive on Playstation. If first person shooters are your thing, then Microsoft is the future with Titanfall, Halo, and a new IP that will turn into this generation’s version of Gears of War.

    Hey,

Both consoles have their up and downs. For example the Xbox One has some exclusive games and content that the PS4 may never get. It also depends on other things like the friends you have on both consoles, the company and more!

Xbox One is my console of choice due to the fact I loved the Xbox 360 more than the PS3. It feels more gamey and natural to use, but it is always your preference. If you have friends that own the consoles perhaps you should ask if you can have a try on either of them.

    Cheers!

xbox one if I was you, but xbox is more like a computer for everything and ps4 is more of a gaming station so if you want to stream movies in HD search the web etc... - then xbox one is for you. If all you really wanna do is put the gaming console on and play games and maybe stream sometimes then get ps4 but both consoles cost money to play online and I personally like xbox one controller which is very good and comfortable for your hands and my ps4 controller hurts my fingers when I play for hours but for more controller info go here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Fr9FH5NIm8

on my xbox one I can play xbox 360 games by switching HDMI cables:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=koygn37rH_0 but on ps4 u can't play ps3 games and therefor I believe sony made the biggest mistake of their lives

also I love the fact that on the xbox one you can use skype with kinect camera which is wicked and remember microsoft are a really rich company and bigger company than sony. Also on xbox one you can watch live TV: http://news.xbox.com/2014/04/ent-xbox-one-tv-tools...

Remember its your choice not what other people think and thats why im not just saying get that.

personally, i think ps4 because i'm loyal to sony, but i'm going to try and be unbiased. the ps4 excells in hardware, as in it is longer lasting and more dependable, making it less likely to break down or get damaged, seeing as sony is a hardware company. their software programming isn't bad, but it's not as good as xbox one, in which everything is voice activated and multi-functional (meaning you can watch tv in real time while playing your games). however, the xbox one lack the hardware capabilities, and is more prone to red ring and break down quicker, or at least develop more problems, since microsoft is a programming/tech company. they both have equally good games exclusive wise, but you can play most xbox exclusives on a computer since microsoft is primarily a computer company, but you can't play any playstation exclusives on a pc.

the average xbox player goes through 2-3 xboxes during their gaming career. i've had my original ps3 and the controller that came with it for years, and it's the original fat ps3, one of the first. works perfectly fine, not an issue at all.

the xbox one comes with a built in kinect, giving you more game versatility and making it like the xbox 360 and the wii all in one, but it's worth mentioning that the kinect kind of sucks. with either system, you'd have to pay an extra 60$ a year to play online games, but that's an optional fee for playstation. with xbox, you can't play offline games unless you pay for the online service as well, even if you don't use it. this isn't an issue if you plan on playing games online, but if not than it's a waste of money for xbox one users. neither system has backwards compatability, and to be honest each runs relatively the same.

like i said, personally i say go for ps4. but its your decision. but keep this in mind, xbox's motto is "pay out the a$$ so we don't have to do anything" and spend a majority of their money bribing third party companies to make games exclusive to xbox and gaining ad space than actually developing their games or keeping up with updates.

Only reason why you should buy console is if you wanna play exclusive games, in which case it depends from what kind of games you wanna play. Otherwise just upgrade/build a PC. You can build a good PC for same price as console what will run games better.
