Leaking tap hose?
I recently replaced my bath tap and whilst doing it replaced the washer on the braided hose with a new fibre one. I've now noticed that its leaking.
Should it have been a rubber washer and are there any products I could use to re seal this.
Thanks.

I think it was. It was pretty far gone but by the way it broke up while I was digging it out I'd say it was fibre.
I've never done any plumbing before so I'm not too clued up.

check if the washer is seated properly, was it fibre before?
get a new hose, easy.

the flat rubberized/plastic washer is the best === those fiber washers do not work .....
