my crush told my friend im like a sister to him?

so i had a bonfire last night and my crush was there (who is also my bestfriend) we were all drinking and i was pretty drunk but i was able to control myself and the things i said. My guy friend wanted to hookup with me last night and i said no because i like someone. so at the bonfire my friend went and talked to my crush in private telling him that i really like him and other stuff and he just said that im like a sister to him and nothing else. Now i dont have any proof that he said that other then my friend. After that my friend took me to a private area and was sweet talking me telling me he missing out on a beautiful girl and i was crying a little bit and since i was drunk and you do stupid things (which i chose to do) and we started making out and he fingered me. But now im thinking maybe my crush didnt exactly say that and my friend told me that just so he could hookup with me? im not sure. i need some peoples opinion. a couple of times my crush and i have held hands and hes put his arm around me, called me princess angie. told me i have a beautiful smile and a heart of gold. im not sure what to think
