Kids Teeth Problems?

I need some serious questions about my step daughters front teeth

Last year you could see her front teeth pearly and white but now we can't even see them much and they haven't fallen out as i can see only a tiny bit on her right front tooth

Can someone answer as to why we cannot see them anymore

    Because her gums are growing faster than her teeth. The baby teeth will catch up. Time she went to a dentist, catch them when they are young.
