Do you think hierachry is political or cultural?
I'm doing an essay involving ancient Roman architecture, e.g, the Coliseum. Hierarchy is greatly evident in the seating, I am just stuck on whether this is more political, or cultural.

it appears to be common in all mammals that have larger brains and live in social groups.
Not in fish, etc.
Rome was 2,000 years ahead of its time in engineering , political organization, military disciple etc.
that was in large part due to "super hierarchy" the Caeser was god! all the great empires had a hierarchy super boss.
America is an experiment but is still hierarchy by Money.
