Does she like me?
I'm 18 and a few weeks ago I worked with a co-worker (female) and we kind of clicked. She was asking me questions and tips as she was new to the job. But a few times she made physical contact with me and she smiled at me a few times for no specific reason. I think she likes me and I wanna ask her out but if she says no it may be a bit worrisome given we work at the same place, but we rarely ever work together. Any responses would be great, thanks.

Get to know her in a less awkward friend way this lets you get to know each other in a non awkward way. Great relationships are formed out of friendships. The end objective of dating is to get to know someone more. Perhaps something no threatening like volunteer work or drinks with other coworkers.

if this physical contact and smiling at you is a "constant" thing, then i believe she likes you. but make sure what she is doing is a constant thing.
