There are over 3000 universities in the US alone! You expect anyone to analyze all that based on your rather nebulous desires and failure to state your qualifications? Buy a copy of a good guidebook, such as Barron's Guide to US Colleges & Universities. Loads of books available on all aspects of applying to university, study guides for SAT and TOEFL exams, and more. See amazon or other online bookseller, or major booksellers in your country's larger cities.

The same is true for other countries. Loads of books, as well as loads of data online. Start studying!

Where do your talents, interests, abilities, skills, personality, etc, lie? What are you really passionate about? What do you do outside of school? You need to chose the field which is right for your unique constellation of interests & abilities.

You also want to determine what the job market is like in your own country as you must return home. Student visas are temporary non-immigration class of visas issued on the condition that foreign students return to their country of citizenship immediately upon completion or termination of studies. Loads of Indians have glutted most markets for computers, engineering, MBA, and more, and there are few to no jobs except for exceptionally high-performing people. Where do your talents lie?

What's your budget? (If you don't have a lot of money, studying abroad probably isn't an option anyway!

For the UK - start on the UCAS website

First of all, you should pick a country. I assume English is the language that you'd like to study in so I guess any English speaking country or any Scandinavian country would work for you. Take into consideration that although some universities eg. in Spain state on their websites that they offer courses in English in reality I wouldn't count on it. Usually the teachers "retreat" into their language.
