you can extract files from ISO file using WINRAR software ,but to burn a DVD use burning software like Alcohol , Nero , after inserting a blank DVD on your DVD Drive then open the DVD using Nero or Alcohol , nw you can see files on the iso and HIT burn button

In the first time, i have ever used dvd program, i just want to copy my married DVD video to my friends as a gift. I try to use three program. Finally, i choose AnyMP4 DVD Copy.
