My fundamental beliefs are the same, but I have grown and learned more even last week then I knew before that. We should be in a constant state of growth.

I still considered myself a Christian three years ago, but I was extremely liberal in my theology and barely practicing because I was fed up with church. My deconversion was a very slow, unconscious process. The world makes a lot more sense now that I'm an atheist. No more making excuses for Bible god and trying to twist the Bible into a moral book.

Three years ago I was convinced Jesus never even existed. I have done a lot of research since then and can only conclude that his story is based on a rabbi from Nazareth who introduced Buddhist-like teachings into the Hebrew myths, superstitions and dogma.

  • Pretty much the same (atheist, anti-theist) though I have become a bit more rounded and eased my vitriol towards certain belief systems.

Hasn't changed in sixty years. Religion is still irrational nonsense which should not fool a child. It's still also one of the most evil and dangerous forces in the world.

I grow and develop more to God than three years ago when my faith is still weak or childish..
