No when you buy a new house you can now own 2 Apartments in GTA V so you can start storing more vehicles in GTA V!

Yes. I recently got the new apartment that came with the update, and all the cars I had at my previous house, were in the garage at my new house.

Yes, the cars should move over, unless you buy a house with a smaller garage, then some of the cars may end up lost, or the game will.ask you which ones you want to destroy.
