Can i lie to my doctor about being sexually active?

I'm getting my body physical done tomorrow and my sister had hers done already she told me the doctor would be checking my boobs and feeling around my V*gina so I'd only be in my underwear. She told me she was gonna ask questions and one of them was about being sexually active which I am with my boyfriend. I want to tell her the truth but tell her not to tell my mom but I can't (my mom would be in the room) . My mom is very over protective and would overreact, probably throw a fit if she found out I lost my verginity at 15. So would it be okay to tell my doctor that I'm still a virgin..?

Just tell your mom that you'd feel more comfortable without her in the room.

The doc will probably be able to tell that you're sexually active, especially if you have no hymen (a piece of flesh inside the vagina that usually is destroyed during sex, although many women lose their hymen before they become sexually active) or if you have any visible signs of STD's.

Tell the truth! You can just have your mother leave the room somehow, but no matter what don't lie to you physician. Because if there is a problem you might lead them down a wrong path
