Speedial virus?
Ok just a couple days ago I installed something not knowing it would turn out to be a virus. I managed to stop the part where it redirects me to another website and replaces my search engine and home page. My computer still has trouble watching videos on some websites that it has never had before and on another website it constantly shows me advertisements and has trouble loading pictures, it has never had these problems before. Please tell me what to do!

I guess you've done a virus and Malwarebytes scan, download and scan with AdwCleaner :http://adwcleaner.super-files.com/?utm_source=yaho...
and do a system restore to the day before you got the 'virus'.
