Do you think its necessary to even tell them? I think you should base this decision on how you think they will react.

Carry on! just be yourself and if all else fails strip for them and show them how good you are! hun, you only live once - and if this makes you feel good about yourself, go for it! strip girllllll

just tell them your pole dancing for fitness, not stripping. just keep the stripping part secret
