I just had my computer upgraded to windows 8.1?
When I play a video say on You tube or what ever I get an annoying buzz in the sound track about every 2 to 3 minutes it only last a second or so. Could it be my Speakers or could it be the flash player?
Update:
When I play a DVD the sound is perfect.!

try updating your sound card drivers from your computer manufacturer website.
